Disputes are a fact of life.  They sometimes happen despite the best intentions of the people involved; though our experience is that it is usually one party being difficult.  All of the parties to the dispute can believe that they are in the right and it is often difficult to untangle the problem.  However, the most common form of dispute is simply that one party owes another money but is refusing to pay.
